Clue Dinner Theatre

From 6:30PM to 9:30PM

Willard Middle School is honored to present the remarkable show “Clue: An Immersive Dinner Theatre Murder Mystery”, December 7-9, 2023 at 6:30 PM plus a Matinee on the 9th at 2 PM. With this immersive theatre experience, the popular game becomes a fun-filled play, bringing the world’s best-known suspects to life. In addition to dinner, WMS invites the audience to help solve a trio of mysteries such as who killed Mr. Boddy? In what room? With what weapon? In this interactive play, you will be trying to figure out who the murderer is and what their motive for these crimes is before it is too late. Inspired by the Hasbro board game and based on the 1985 film, Clue takes place at a remote mansion where six mysterious guests assemble for an unusual dinner party, but murder and mayhem are actually what’s on the menu! When their host turns up dead, all the guests become suspects. Led by Wadsworth (Delaney Swearingen) – the butler, Miss Scarlett (Cadence Long), Professor Plum (Noah Polites), Mrs. White (Kyleigh Casteel), Mr. Green (Johnny Schoeller), Mrs. Peacock (Leah Ash), and Colonel Mustard (Frances Bastean) race to find the killer as the body count stacks up. This play cast has 22 tremendously talented seventh and eighth-grade actors supported by a crew who poured their heart and soul into this production. A team of 60 student technicians crafted every moment to showcase this amazing play, from props and costumes to lighting and sound. We are also so thankful for the parent volunteers, who helped us put the show together. The show & dinner begin at 6:30 PM nightly at the Willard Middle School Black Box Theatre on December 7, 8, and 9. Tickets are $15 which includes a catered pasta meal and can be purchased at WMS. The Saturday Matinee, at 2 pm, is a dessert-only show - tickets are $10 for the matinee. You can also arrange ticket pickup by emailing WMSDrama@willardschools.net or calling the theatre box office at 742-2588 (ext. 2619). Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the show. Only 150 tickets will be sold each night, and none will be sold at the door so be sure to plan ahead to join us for a magical night of “Clue: An Immersive Dinner Theatre Murder Mystery!!” (Press release written by WMS 8th grader, Jillian Proebstel)
